Alexis Hargreaves: Jezebel's adopted (and possibly biological) father is the centre of his universe. He provided for Jezebel as a child, educated him as a young man, and continues to rely on him as a trusted member of Delilah. He was father, mentor, and now master. Though, Alexis quite bluntly informed Jezebel that he feels no affection for him, and despite years of abuse, both mental and physical, Jezebel loves his father desperately, and hungers for his approval. Though Jezebel knows full well that Alexis was responsible for the deaths of his mother and sisters, and any number of other horrors, he seems willing to excuse all that. Cain once asked Jezebel why he served such an evil man, and Jezebel replied that the man had a power, a charisma that drew others to him, and that he, like those others, could not break away from it. He simply could not live if he were not by his father's side.
Cain: Though it's uncertain whether or not Cain and Jezebel are blood related, Jezebel considers Cain to be his brother, and like many older children, Jezebel is jealous of the love his younger brother receives from their father. However, Jezebel's jealousy might be considered far less childish and far more justified than most, for when Cain was born, Alexis told his adopted son, then nine years old, that his usefulness had ended, not even allowing him the illusion of fatherly love. Therefore, Jezebel hates Cain, believing that Cain stole away the love of their father. He wants to make Cain suffer twice over for every moment Jezebel himself suffered for that lack of love, but perversely, Jezebel also does love Cain in his own twisted way. He wants Cain to suffer and die, but he doesn't want it to be by anyone's hand but his own. He once told Cain, "I love you so much that I have to kill you."
Cassandre Gladstone: Cassandre is a fellow member of Delilah, and one of the Major Arcana, the Hierophant (or High Priest). He has the ability to hypnotise people and see into their pasts, and it is his duty to initiate other Arcana by sifting through their past lives and pronouncing judgement. It was, of course, Cassandre who initiated Jezebel as the Death card, and he found the chaos of Jezebel's mind alluring, not to mention his pretty face. Cassandre has a weakness for pretty things, and he made no secret of the fact that he wanted Jezebel in his bed. Jezebel, however, was not in the least bit interested.
Cassian: Cassian is Jezebel's assistant and a fellow member of Delilah, though not one of the Major Arcana. He is the only one besides Alexis who ever drew even the barest amount of true affection from Jezebel. Cassian saw a side of Jezebel that was hidden to the other members of Delilah. He saw the care and gentleness that was lost in Jezebel's childhood, and the sadness of a child who wanted to be loved and cherished. Cassian saw the fragility that Jezebel hid from others, and it was that worth that Cassian saw in Jezebel that led him to risk his own life to save his master's. Cassian convinced Jezebel that his life was valuable, and urged him not to throw it carelessly away.
Rifael Raffit: Jezebel is antagonistic towards Riff for exactly the same reason that he is antagonistic towards Cain; he envies Riff's favoured status with his father. But there is more to it than that. Jezebel also hates the close relationship that Riff seems to have with Cain. He doesn't understand it. Jezebel doesn't believe that there is such a thing as the unconditional love and trust that they seem to display, and as much as he says it disgusts him, a part of him must be envious of the fact that he never had such love. Jezebel vows that he will prove to Riff that there is no such thing as unconditional love or trust by making his life a living hell to which Riff only replies that he and Cain will have to go to hell together.
